Doesn't matter if your site is old/new as long as it is finished.
*If you do, It is absolutly certain that I'm going to accept you.
There is a limit, of course. I can't keep up with huge amount of affiliates and comment them every now and then as I haven't got alot of time. If I get to a certain number maybe I will stop accepting any more unless I want to invite them.
